Most people connect tools. I design the system underneath them — automations, Notion workspaces, AI agents, and the websites that tie it all together. If your team is still moving data by hand every week, that's not an ops problem. It's a missing system.

Consulting & Pipelines

Not sure what to automate? I audit your stack, map where time leaks, and build the data pipelines and reporting that surface the right numbers.

Process

How I work.

No black box. No dropped handoffs. Every project follows the same six steps, from first call to final delivery.

01

Discovery

We get on a call. You walk me through your stack, your problem, and what a good outcome looks like. Nothing gets built until I fully understand what needs to be built.

02

Scoping

I come back with a clear breakdown: what gets built, how it works, what done looks like. You approve it. No surprises mid-build.

03

Build

Heads down. Production-grade workflows, systems, and sites — not prototypes. Error handling, edge cases, and retry logic covered without you asking.

04

Testing & QA

I break it before you do. Every build gets tested against real scenarios, failure cases, and edge inputs. You only see it when it's ready.

05

Handoff

A live walkthrough call, a video recording you can rewatch, and full documentation. You leave knowing exactly what you have.

06

Ongoing Support

Want someone on call for updates, fixes, and additions? I offer an optional monthly retainer after handoff. No pressure — there if you want it.

About

Hey, I'm Harinivash.

I'm the founder of Harinivash Studio. I build automation workflows, Notion systems, AI agents, and websites for businesses that are tired of tools that don't talk to each other.

Most people connect tools. I design the system underneath them — the one that handles edge cases, doesn't break on weekends, and doesn't need you to babysit it. If your team is still manually moving data between apps every week, that's not an ops problem. That's a missing system, and that's exactly what I build.

I'm not the loudest person in the room, but I'm probably the last one to give up on a problem. I don't take on everything — I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can actually focus. If we work together, you're not getting handed off to a junior or managed through a ticket system. You get me, start to finish.

I work remotely with clients across India, the US, and Europe. I care about building things right, not just building things that look like they work in a demo.

FAQ

Common questions.

Most projects fall between $1,000 and $10,000+. Retainers from $500+/month. Exact scope and price confirmed on the call.

A clear breakdown of what I'd automate or build in your specific situation, how the system would work, how long it would take, and what it would cost. No vague discovery. No pitch. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly.

Most projects take 2 to 10 weeks depending on complexity. I don't rush — I take time to understand your business, map your actual pain points, and build something production-grade that holds up.

Zero knowledge needed. If you want to learn, I'll teach you. If you never want to touch it, you never have to. I handle the build, the documentation, and the handoff. You just use the system.

I'll guide you through getting the right credentials. Everything is stored in end-to-end encrypted vaults, never shared, never exposed. Once the project is handed off, access is revoked unless you're on a retainer.

Every build ships with documentation and a walkthrough so you're not dependent on me. That said, APIs change and tools update. I offer an optional monthly retainer after handoff for exactly this. Completely your choice.

Yes. I've worked with clients across India, the US, Europe, and Australia. Most of the project runs async so timezone rarely matters. Calls get scheduled at a time that works for you.

If it has an API, I can connect it. If it doesn't, I'll figure out a way — webhooks, scraping, native exports, workarounds. I've solved this before and I'll solve it for you.

However you prefer. Email, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram — whatever your team already uses. I don't force a new tool on you. You pick the channel, I show up there.
